Create Workspace in Notion
Open Notion → Settings → Create New Workspace. Name it "ECO CENTER". Choose Free or Plus plan.

Enable Dark Mode
Settings → Appearance → Dark.

Create all Databases
Create: Projects, Tasks, Contacts, Goals, Links, Knowledge Hub — each as a Full Page database.

Link All Databases
Add Relations between all databases: Projects ↔ Tasks ↔ Contacts ↔ Goals.

Set Up Calendar Views
Create 4 Calendar Views from the Tasks database: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly.

Add Collaborators
Use the "Add a Collaborator" button in the sidebar. Enter name and email.

Test and Launch
Add 1 project, 3 tasks on different days, verify all views sync. You're ready! 🎉
Weekly Review every Monday: Check grant deadlines, update statuses, plan the week.
Never duplicate information: Relations and Linked Views show the same data from different angles.
Add everything to Inbox first: Organize during Weekly Review, not immediately.
